Technology & Architecture
Built using a modern technology stack with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Redis. The platform follows a modular monolithic architecture with REST APIs, real-time communication, background job processing, and centralized permission management.
StopLord aims to simplify complex organizational workflows and provide businesses with a scalable digital foundation for managing their entire operational ecosystem.
Challenge & objectives
Businesses often rely on multiple disconnected applications to manage customers, employees, projects, attendance, and internal operations. This creates fragmented information, inefficient communication, limited management visibility, and difficulties tracking employee productivity and project profitability.
The objective was to develop a centralized, multi-company business management platform that connects CRM, HRM, project workflows, employee performance, and client communication within a unified system.
Solution & implementation
Developed a modern enterprise management platform using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Redis.
The architecture includes a centralized REST API, modular business services, real-time communication, background job processing, and role-based access control.
A lead-to-project workflow connects sales and project delivery. Once a lead converts, it becomes a project, the Super Admin assigns employees, and assigned employees manage project activities and communicate progress through the client's dedicated dashboard.
The employee performance module also supports management-defined monthly revenue targets based on estimated and final project quotation values.
The platform incorporates CRM, core HRM, task management, attendance and working-time monitoring, and centralized administration, with additional enterprise modules planned for expansion.
