Our policies

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to StopLord Technologies. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism and secure business relationships between us and the people who use our website and services.

Last updated:

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or using the services of StopLord Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“StopLord”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Where we sign a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement with you for a specific project, that document takes precedence over these terms if there is any conflict.

2. Services offered

StopLord provides services including web development, mobile application development, custom software development, UI/UX and graphic design, cloud and security solutions, software testing and maintenance, and digital marketing including SEO and social media marketing.

3. Project agreements

Projects begin only after discussion, approval and written confirmation of requirements, pricing, deliverables and timelines. Changes to an agreed scope may affect cost and delivery dates and will be confirmed with you before work proceeds.

4. Payment terms

  • Payments are due according to the milestones agreed for your project.
  • An advance payment may be required before a project starts.
  • Delayed payments may affect project delivery timelines.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client responsibilities

To help projects succeed, clients are responsible for:

  • providing accurate project requirements;
  • supplying the content, materials and access needed for the work;
  • reviewing and approving work within the agreed timeframes;
  • maintaining communication throughout the project;
  • ensuring they have the rights to any content or materials they provide.

6. Intellectual property

Once payment has been made in full, clients receive ownership rights to the final approved project deliverables, unless stated otherwise in the project agreement. Third-party and open-source components included in a deliverable remain subject to their own licences, and StopLord retains ownership of its pre-existing tools and know-how.

The content of this website — including text, graphics, logos and design — belongs to StopLord or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Confidentiality

We keep client information, business data and project details shared with us confidential, and use them only to deliver our services.

8. Third-party tools and services

Some services involve third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers or payment gateways. Their use is governed by the respective provider’s terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes they make.

9. Support and maintenance

Technical support, maintenance and updates are provided according to the service package or agreement you have with us. Support timelines and availability may vary with the scope of the project and the plan selected.

10. Acceptable use of this website

You must not use our website or services for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security features, distribute malware or spam, scrape data at a harmful rate, or carry out any activity that could damage our systems, reputation or other users.

11. Website information

Information on this website is provided for general guidance about our services. We work to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or free from errors, and it does not form a binding offer. Specific commitments are made only in a written proposal or agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, StopLord is not liable for losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including:

  • failures of third-party platforms or services;
  • hosting or server downtime not managed by us;
  • external cyberattacks despite reasonable security measures;
  • indirect or consequential business losses.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate services if these terms or our policies are breached, if services are misused, or if they are used for unlawful activities.

14. Changes to services and terms

We may update, modify or discontinue services, pricing or these terms. Changes do not affect work already confirmed in a signed proposal or agreement. The “Last updated” date above shows when these terms were last revised.
