StopTel is a hotel management system developed to simplify hotel operations and improve the management of reservations, rooms, guests, and day-to-day administrative activities. The platform is designed to centralize essential hotel workflows in one organized digital environment, helping hotel staff manage information efficiently and deliver a smoother guest experience.
The system focuses on practical hotel administration, including room availability management, reservation handling, guest information, booking records, billing workflows, and operational oversight. Its goal is to reduce manual work, improve information accessibility, and support more organized hotel management.

Hotels and restaurants need an organized way to manage reservations, room availability, guest information, restaurant operations, staff activities, and administrative workflows. The objective of StopTel is to centralize these operations in a unified management platform, reduce manual administrative work, and improve operational visibility.
Developed a centralized hotel and restaurant management platform with a web-based administrative interface and backend API. The planned platform architecture supports hotel and restaurant operations, booking workflows, room management, guest records, staff administration, inventory, accounting, and centralized platform administration.
The application uses a modern web architecture with a Node.js backend, MongoDB for persistent data, Redis for caching and background-processing support, and Docker-based deployment infrastructure. API and administrative dashboard smoke tests have been performed in the development environment.
API health and administrative login/dashboard requests returned successful HTTP 200 responses during local testing.
MongoDB and Redis connectivity was verified in the development environment.
Established a containerized deployment architecture for the application.
Production email OTP delivery and live payment processing should not be considered verified until their integrations are configured and tested successfully.
