The Multi-Branch School ERP is a centralized school management platform developed to streamline educational administration and academic operations. The system provides a unified dashboard for managing multiple school branches, students, parents, teachers, employees, admissions and attendance.
Built with a modern technology stack, the platform focuses on operational efficiency, secure data management, role-based access and scalable architecture.

Challenge & objectives
Traditional school administration often involves disconnected systems for admissions, student records, employee information, attendance and academic operations.
The objective was to develop a centralized platform that could:

Manage multiple branches from a unified system.
Maintain organized student and employee records.
Provide secure role-based access.
Improve attendance monitoring.
Create a scalable foundation for additional school management modules.
Provide administrators with a centralized operational dashboard.
Solution & implementation
StopLord developed a modular full-stack School ERP using React.js, Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB.
The frontend uses React, Vite and Tailwind CSS to provide a responsive and user-friendly administrative interface.
The backend uses Node.js and Express.js with modular APIs, secure authentication, validation, role-based authorization and MongoDB data management.
Redis supports caching, background processing and real-time communication infrastructure. BullMQ manages background jobs.
The application is deployed on Ubuntu using PM2 for process management, Nginx for reverse proxy and static hosting, and Let's Encrypt for SSL security.
The system supports multiple API instances and a dedicated background worker.
Results & outcomes
Successfully deployed the School ERP at https://stoplord.in.
Implemented a centralized multi-branch administrative foundation.
Successfully deployed the React frontend with HTTPS.
Configured two independent Node.js API instances behind Nginx.
Deployed a dedicated BullMQ background worker.
Verified MongoDB and Redis connectivity through application health checks.
Configured automated SSL certificate renewal with successful renewal testing.
Established a modular architecture for future academic, financial and administrative expansion.
